Can be found in dream world (Tower of dreams), you need to collect to 30 and with others element and items you will be able to make a dream incubator or dream incubator + 1 (when you already have a dream incubator) at Tower of dreams. You can also use it along with others element and items to make Egg of phantasm. From egg of phantasm you will receive Jagan, Dantalion, Harleybell, Taabire, Vefal and Ballack randomly. Others dragon beside those i mention above have dream property can only obtain in events, buying a package or obtained from raid (Umbra) and maybe in the walking merchant shop so keep eyes on it.
Note : Ohumunia is a dragon that can only obtained in the walking merchant shop when your book score is 12000 above.
