1. Ilios Scroll (Explore any hero mode areas or use Mysterious book of scroll), gather ingredients, then create its egg
2. Brilliant Mysterious Egg
3. Transfer from Dragon Village 1

Trivia

• It is one of the first offline card dragons to appear after DV1's transfer to the sequel
• Although it was still used in DV 2, the inaccurate English name Illias from DV 1 has been correctly fixed from August 5, 2014. In addition, the design differs significantly from DV 1 standing  position of dragon.
